SANCTUARY LAKE

Public BBQ

Sanctuary Lake offers a peaceful lakeside setting for those seeking a straightforward barbecue outing in Armadale. The public park centres around its namesake lake, providing pleasant water views and a relaxed atmosphere for families and dog walkers alike. The evening hours bring out the area's best qualities, with the fading light casting a gentle glow across the water. While the park sits in the shadow of the more elaborate Minnawarra Park directly across the street, Sanctuary Lake maintains its own modest appeal for those who prefer a quieter alternative. The walking paths around the lake attract regular visitors, particularly dog owners who appreciate the open space and waterside strolls. It's the sort of spot that doesn't promise grand adventures but delivers a reliable, restful setting for a simple barbie and a bit of fresh air, nothing more, nothing less.
